How does vessel-based pricing work?
Membership is priced per subscribed yacht. The rate for your yacht count applies to every subscribed yacht under one company account, with consolidated billing. Review membership details in Charter CRM when you sign up.
What are the fleet rates?
One yacht is $149/month or $1,192/year. For 2–4 yachts, each yacht is $139/month or $1,112/year. For 5–9 yachts, each yacht is $129/month or $1,032/year. Fleets of 10 or more yachts can request a custom quote from Sales@yourchartercrm.com. Prices are in USD.
Why choose annual when the yacht has an off-season?
Your business keeps moving even when the yacht is in transit, out of charter for hurricane season, or undergoing maintenance. Owners and crew can keep managing guest inquiries, planning upcoming charters, and tracking maintenance projects throughout the year. Annual membership provides 12 months of access for the price of eight at your applicable monthly rate.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes. Monthly billing is available at your applicable per-yacht rate. Annual membership offers the best value: 12 months of access for the price of eight, paid upfront. Billing options for fleets of 10 or more yachts are included in their custom quote.
How do I request a quote for 10 or more yachts?
Select “10+ yachts” and choose “Request a Custom Quote” to open a prefilled email draft. Add your company name, yacht count, and requirements, then send it from your email app. You can also email Sales@yourchartercrm.com directly.
What is the policy on cancellations, pauses, and refunds?
Your workspace remains available through the end of your paid month or annual renewal term. Membership payments are non-refundable, and subscriptions run for their full term without pauses or cancellations.
